I have had exactly the same problem and am lost without my maps. Is there any progress at all on fixing these please?
I suppose my biggest frustration is that I had no problems ever with the previous maps and now I spend all my time typing in waypoints.

Issue should have been resolved in the newest EQ2maps update. Make sure you are using the most current updater.
