No, only your update. Have only checked on one character so far, but do know it has changed as background is different than one I had changed to.

Hotkey Problems
 

Hello... 2 things:

1) this is a great UI and I've changed over to this 1. Very glad I did :D KUDOS
2) I, too, am having a problem with my hotkeys only showing the 2 on top. 1 thing I found is that if you stretch out you can see the other hotkeys. It's like, the hotkeys are in permanent horizontal layout and don't change to the way the hotkey window layout is set. :(

Is there a setting somewhere in the XML file that would allow you to fix that? If need be, I can add a screenshot.

That is what I have been trying to find as well.. some way to make them vertical.. wondered if they were set to horizontal somehow, had not tried stretching them out to check. If you find anything, please let me know. Prior to this update, they were vertical the way the layout appears them to be. Just found something else as well... raid windows have gone horizontal as well.. 4 square instead of 4 vertically stacked.

Umm it uses the back ground from the grahics file so if u canged teh graphics file it changes teh back ground. the 'CODE' has not changed. CLose them and reopen them, You ui settings file is prob hosed.

I am using the same thing you guys are and my hotbars work ok. Maybe try going from frame to no frame to title & frame to no frame. post a screen shot of what your getting.

Oh' Hmm I guess I didn't put it in there. Just move it around to fit the pic in this post. I'll get it in the next update.

Hmm also, I didn't say, copy the files out of options\1024 x xxx\ into the main extreme folder.

I did a fresh install of the updated UI, and what I meant by background, I was previously using the red theme from the 25 pack.. was just stating that it is now back to what you have with the package itself. Am using the 1200 x XXXX Tabs ini with 1280x1024 res, same as I had used with the previous version without problem. Attempting to install from scratch once again.

TRying out the new beta screen res, I noticed that the target window is still the same size, and wont fit in the nifty little spot that was made fot it, hmm, other then thaton the group window the little outline that goes around the buttons looks a little.."unneeded?"
Other that that it looks like it is coming along well :nana:

I have download and installed the UI twice now, but keep getting the same result once installing it. I've even replaced the eq2.ini and eq2 files both times. Here's a picture of the problem I'm having. As you can see it's just the hotkey windows, which I cannot adjust at all.

Any help? Screen resolution is 1280x1024

Hmmmm yes this fact did not escape me, however.... LU#13 is well.... not Live yet and now anyone useinf this UI and needing that button as some do still, are inconvinenced by the fact they need to ask someone else if there is one on or they need to change UI to make a Patron. Maybe it wouldnt be a bad idea to remove buttons a little close to the live date heh. Other then that, the UI looks awesome and I use it. but since I know a little about UI's I will add the button myself till it is not needed any longer =P

Getting same problem. Tried dragging hotkeys and even opening new. Cannot resize the existing ones and if I make new and try to change it becomes like the original ones

That is what I am getting, have as well completely installed from scratch twice. Also, was in raid and instead of the four windows being stacked vertical, they were in a four square and would not allow to be changed.

Hmm can you not resize the hot keys?

Loktha and Mystiklakes both described what I am experiencing as well, they can be stretched horizonatally but not vertically, but will not stay even then, snaps back to original shape. Then as well, there are the raid boxes that have gone horizontal to an extent. Looks like a 4 square instead of the boxes being a stack 4. Not sure if the other two would be able to check this as requires having a raid set up to view.

I cannot resize my hotkeys vertically or horizontally. Trying to alter the size of the window in any direction, it just snaps back to the original size.

Oh, yes you can't for some reason resize the hotkeys up and down, but if u resize them left or right it will snap the the correct size. I'll look to see why, but just resize left or right for now.

btw kinda like the preset tabs but am unable to scroll back. forward works find but to go back I need to stretch window and resize. Tried changing all the settings frame only and none, same.

Yea that tab thing should be fixed next update. WHo would of thought shorting it by 2 or 3 pixels would do that lol.

Also those not being able to resize you hotkeys. I finly was able to make mine do that. Had to use the /loadui comand but wow, yea, you can't resize it for jack.. What I did find that workd was in window options if u click reset to default location it will make it all noraml and you can then resize it. I am not sure if this is a settings.ini issue or what atm. did it to me with default too.

To my current knowledge, I was under the impression that once LU13, well, goes live, there will be no more patrons, and everyone will be able to get guild status. Today some **** that really ticked me off, but that's another story, well supposedly hes got a character on test server, and he says that the update is not to remove patrons, so everyone can make guild status, he says they are uping the amount of patrons a guild can have to 24, or something like that. Could someone possibly clear this up for me.

However on raids, when I die, I get a critical error - out of memory message and then it crashes.

I wonder if anyone has any suggestions that may help with this?

I'm using eXtremeUI_v1127 which is great
But i cant seem the find the pet command menu
when i summon my pet i cant tell him to attack.
IF it makes a difference i'm use the (1200 x XXXX Tabs)server_character_eq2_uisettings.ini file

Its a known issue and they dont know how to fix it yet. Just switch to a diffrent UI durring raid times or more ram

Every one will be a paytron. The 24 is the max devider, say you have 100 people in the guild, every one will be earning status to the guild lvl but the exp you make will be devided by 24. Unless you have less then 24 in the guild then the exp will be devided by the number in the guild down to 6. 6 is the min and 24 is the max. If you have 3 in the guild the exp is will be devided by 6 still.

I am guess you tried alt p?

What ui settings.ini did you use? If it don't show up using alt p then it's just prob hidden under the chat box or some where.

The people that are getting this crashing error... could you check and see if you have tripple buffer or syncronize refresh checked? I have a godly computer and noticed when these two were checked while raiding at extreme graphics I had the same problem. When I unchecked these and restarted game it did not happen again and I died about 5 more times throughout the evening. The game also was somewhat laggy with these checked but with them unselected it ran smooth as glass.

ok I got a major issue now..

-I just installed the new version, and in the window where it shows the Health and Power bars, there is some kinda of a new bar that crosses right through the power bar, and it wont let me see the power at all, and, I cannot move that window I dont know why.... and yes, i did saw if it was locked or not, it is unlocked, and still..... ill take a S/S and show you what I mean...

• Added a new page to the experience window; I was so impress with Profits experience display I added one like it to eXtreme. To see a large read out for you Adv exp just click the up arrow key above the one use to rotate through exp bars.( next release I’ll have it showing TS and Guild exp )
• Added what I call a Health HUD. It’s a large read out of your health range or a group members health range. To view it, click on the Health HUD button on the button bank in the exp window. You can switch from your heath to the last selected group members health by dotting the new dot-box on the player window. Click on F2-F6 in the group window to set that group members heath to the Health HUD. You can turn off the frames and adjust the background to you liking.
• Fixed the hotkeys/hotbars so they resize correctly. ( I have no idea how they got broke in the first place )
• Spiced up the Character select screen a bit. ( work in progress )
• Added a new font for window titles. ( work in progress, still haven’t decided on a font I like for there )
• Added two new fonts.
• Made the Icons on the HO window BIGGER for the blind =)
• Minor tweaks here and there.

As of 1.12.7:
Experience is still squished some...example: 12.34% shows a partial 3
One of the House vault boxes' position keeps resetting to a mid-screen position (doesn't remember where I leave it).

I think I'm going to just have to use your included uisettings.ini file to clear up some of my problems even though I will have to rearrange a lot of stuff again, hehe.

yea about that, I didnt see anything new on the exp window, you said it was and "up" arror, above the own to cycle through exp bars, there isnt one there for me. I have the newest version
