Pooka Mail Window

Mail window that includes an insert button that will replace the current body text with the contents of a text file.

Installation:
1.) Save eq2ui_mainhud_mail.xml to your UI folder.
2.) Edit mail.txt to say what you want
3.) Save mail.txt as a subfolder of your UI folder /pk_data/mail.txt
