Green/Purple Paw Start Button

I changed the start button to match the PentaStyles Green and Purple by neonrain (http://www.eq2interface.com/list.php?skinnerid=9447) and replaced the EQII logo with the paw print graphic from the guild cloak design system (our guild's heraldry).
(PentaStyle colors still work with mix and match custom UIs)
I have not changed any of the functions of the start button, just its appearance.
This mod should work with any of the custom start button mods that use the default button graphic.
