Yes all the icon appear grey to me also. The default hotkeys are so annoying, I cant believe people use them. Anyone know how to fix this mod?

I think the problem comes from the fact this is a tweak to the ProfitUI. Unless you have all the ProfitUI support files, it will not work.

It hate it, everytime SOE comes with something new you´ll have to pray for working Mods...... Standard-Hotkeys are not playable and I won´t log in until this Mod works again. Hey Mortis, now I'm getting just white blobs for all my hotbar icons.. Is there something else supposed to go along with the hotkey.xml?

I installed this mod, and it looks like it could work nicely except for one major problem. There is no way to drag the hotkey bars when they are totally horizontal. That means that in order to move them I have to squish them down to more than 1 row and drag them via the dead space. The problem that then arises is that I cannot drag them back to a single horizontal row because the cursor stops at the edge of my screen, just short of being able to drag the window into the correct configuration. Thus I can only position the window when it is resized incorrectly, and can only resize the window when it is positioned incorrectly.
