This is a quick update to the default ProfitUI group windows that does away with the kick, follow and assist functions when clicking on a group member. Clicking anywhere on a group member will now target them. I've also removed the /followme and /leavegroup commands.

In the heat of a raid sometimes, especially when click-curing, I find myself click-targeting and all too many times I let someone die because I kept clicking on their name and thus assisting instead of targeting them.
