Hotbar with scrollbars

Description

If you don't like hitting SHIFT+# to switch between hotkey banks, here's a patch to add the scrollbar back onto the hotkey window.

After unzipping eq2ui_mainhud_hotkey-BANKS.xml, copy it into your Dracokyn (or other) UI file. Delete the existing eq2ui_mainhud_hotkey.xml file, and rename this one as eq2ui_mainhud_hotkey.xml

That's all there is to it!!
