It's short.

Description

This is a tiny mod for the casting bar. It looks exactly the same, except that the width has been reduced to its original size. I don't remember exactly which LU it was in, but about a year ago they expanded it about 1.5x. This brings it back to the old size.

Oh, ok.

You can just add

UserResizable="true"

to the second line of the file, eg instead of <Page DynamicData... make it read <Page UserResizable="true" DynamicData....
