this is the default hotbar with 3 options to hide/show.
features:
- select 'frame and titlebar' from the window settings dropdown to have your hotbar always shown
- select 'frame' to only see the hotbar when you are either hovering over it or you're engaged in combat
- select 'none' to only see the hotbar when in combat

It's about time!
Ive been waiting for 4 years for a mod such as this! I like to keep my combat hotbars seperate and out of view from the rest of my hotbars. This gets a 5/5 now if we could only get it so that we can have the ability to set the number of buttons on the hotbar. I.G. a hotbar with 4 buttons only.
