LU 29 and EoF compatable.

The full window shows all your resists, Stats, Health and Power with both numerical and percentage values, Attack, avoidance, mitigation values, and weight.
Resists and Attributes scoll nicely off the left, allowing for just Attributes or all the way down to just Health, Power, Attack, Avoidance, Mitigation, and weight.
The lower value can be scrolled up as well, leaving only the normal player information.

V. 1.02 Changed out the percentages on Mitigation and Avoidance to read as real numbers not as percentages. Also adjusted the spacing of Attack, Mitigation, Avoidance and Weight to make them a little more readable at higher resolutions. You will still need to unzip all 4 files into your custom directory for everything to show properly.
V. 1.01 Added 3 files to the zip file in order to allow the text to show up. Unzip all 4 into your custom UI directory.
