There was an error with the style sheet causing a section of the screen to be unresponcive. I fixed it.

Made the scroll bars hide themselves
Hover over where the scroll bar would be for them to show up again.
This doesn't gain you text space (it's not much anyway) but does get them off the screen.

Fixed the oops, should have all the right files in there now, and a 'classic' version for those of you who don't like colored bubbles (weirdos)

This is a pretty simplistic chat window. Moved the scroll bar to the right (where scroll bars belong) and slimmed things down, and added custom graphics, and that's about it really. But, I like it.

This is the first piece I've made that requires editing eq2ui.xml, there's instructions in the zip. I can make it so you don't need to do this, but it'll be a bit of a pain when i make more windows using these borders and buttons and such.

Matches the default Blue UI pretty well.
