This is a 3/4 Sized Vertical Toolbar.

Nothign fancy here, just looked at the code and produced a vertical 3/4 sized toolbar to suit my needs. Uploaded it here after seeing a few people requesting a mod like this.
Only thing really to note before installing this is that there is no bank selector. It's not a bug, intended functionality as that's just the way i like it.
Click "Pictures" Button at the top for a screenshot.
