Player health/power ui piece, with pet and Merc

New version of same player ui but added the Merc's Health as well.
Edited Drums player ui piece to include pet health and Merc health.
Just replace the mainhud_player.xml one in your custom ui folder with this one. Make sure to save your original one so you can go back to it, should you decide to.
