Description
Tested on the test server and shown to function correctly with the Upcoming Shards of Destiny Update (LU 53) So should be no interruption in game play with these mods.

-=-

3.0b Fixed the issue with text showing improperly in detailed arrow mode while targeting items and non attackable NPC's.

-=-

3.0a Adds Click to Cure in the player window.

-=-

ALL NEW VERSION 3.0

The New windows have True Matching Player / Target Windows
(The Player Window has been Revised to match)

The Target Windows have the new Achievement Experience Star icon working to show whether or not you will get AA exp off the targeted mob.

All reworked to give you the best playing enjoyment.

>>>>>>>>

Installation Notes (Also included in the zip file)

Pick which type of target and implied target Window you want.

You can have it with or without the spell icons.

You can also use the target window from one and implied target window from the other if you wish to mix and match.

Copy the files contained inside the folders into your Everquest2/UI/(your custom UI folder name).
Do not just put the folder in there.

For Example, If you wanted the windows with spell icons you would go into the Folder named
With Spell Icons and inside you would see 3 files and a sub folder called images.

You wish to Select all 3 files and the sub folder and copy them into your Custom UI Folder.

In doing so, you will end up with The files

eq2ui_mainhud_impliedtarget
eq2ui_mainhud_target
eq2ui_mainhud_player
And a folder named images with the image files needed for the windows inside of it.

OLDER VERSION NOTES

-=-

Version 2.4 now has 2 window types to choose from.

Target/Implied Target windows showing spell effect icons

AND

Target/Implied Target windows without spell effect icons

-=-

Version 2.3c Corrected an issue that only 2 rows of targets spell effects showed instead of 3.

-=-

Version 2.3b Corrected an issue where the revised Target and Implied Target windows were not properly showing the spell effects. This issue has been corrected.

-=-

This is Version 2.3 of my Targeting and Player Windows. This version has been updated to show the target's and implied target's strength both in detailed and in simple mode by showing whether it is a ^ ^^ or ^^^ mob. Also cleaned the window up some, removed the unnecessary Arrow at the top left, and did some refining to the window.

Compliant with LU52, The PVP and Combat/Aggro icons work.

Any suggestions or requests can be made in comments here.

New Screen shots have been added to show the new versions changes.

-=- Prior Notes for this mod -=-

(2.2 Notes)

I have not been updating this mod because I have not been playing the game at all for the past few years. I decided to come back and was amazed that people liked this mod and my other raid window mod so much.

Due to that fact, I decided to go ahead and do my best to bring this up to date.

Version 2.2 Notes

Player window now has functioning In combat and PvP icons that should both be working. I believe to see the PvP icon you need to be on a PvP server.

Player window has a slightly altered form to work with the new icons and to reduce its size.

I hope you like this mod. I will post new/fresh screen shots in the near future as well. The files were my main concern for now.

-=-

Special thank you to Brorim for fixing the mod in my absence. Your appreciation gave me the passion to work on this to fix it for the people that enjoyed the mod.

Any ideas you have or would like to see can be asked and I will look into it. The default look/feel will remain, however suggest anything you find bothersome with it.

-=- Wildsong -=-

(Older Version Notes)

Version 2.1 Adds the Negative Spell Effect Icons to the Player Window.

-=-

Version 2.0

This is a New Advanced System That Shows a Mobs True Difficulty throughout an encounter. If a mob is Actually a Heroic Mob in an Epic encounter this will show which ones are Heroics and Which are Epics.
The Reasoning behind the necessity of having this information is due to the fact this will allow a player to tell which mobs can be rooted/mesmerized/stunned in an epic encounter. It also can easily show which mobs are easier to kill, etc.

The Simple mode has been Streamlined with a Really nice look to it.

The Detailed mode will remain the same as the older version with the correct details showing.

The DDS File with the Words displaying the Mobs Strength is from the Fetish Sets. Zonx is the creator of these and I hope he does not mind me using them. My Graphic Drawing Ability is very poor and these were very well done. So I hope it is ok for me to be using these zonx /kneels respectfully.

(Added a Matching Player Window)

(Added a fix to correct an issue where when a mob or player had max spell effects or buffs, the Icon line would disappear and show nothing)

This is a popular Style Target window and Maintained Window that works in Both Simple Frames mode and Detailed Arrow mode. Both Settings Show the spell effects on the target and implied target and you can get the details of the icons by hovering over them with your mouse. This is great for knowing what mobs you have de buffed and which mob in a group resisted your de buff etc.

This is also very effective for a Dual as you can tell what your opponent has buffed against.

I am unsure as to what is causing this. If you installed the mod correctly and extracted it with the directory structure maintained, then you should be able to see the implied target window. You may try either resetting the windows location and opacities either by using the /show_window mainHUD.impliedtarget to get it to appear that way as well. otherwise maybe resetting all window locations and opacities (yes a major pain) . Also maybe going into the Options and user interface, then the name and chat bubble and switching the target to simple or detailed and see if that pops it up to allow you to move it, then switching back. If this does not help and you have made sure the files are correctly extracted with their proper paths, reply again ands I will look into the problem further.

It worked with /show_window mainHUD.impliedtarget
Thanks a lot.

Implied Target window - Level issue

I just noticed that the implied target window is showing any/all NPCs, mobs and players at level 60 in the middle of the pwr/hp bars.

The main target window correctly shows lvls, just the implied target is not.

Suggestions/thoughts?

The Implied Target Window is referring to the wrong dynamic data. To show the correct level values, find the following line in your eq2ui_mainhud_impliedtarget.xml

Code:
<Text AbsorbsInput="false" actiontype="Target" Color="#FFFF00" DynamicData="/GameData.Target.Level" Font="/Fonts.FontZapf15" LocalText="999" Location="26,0" MaximumSize="152,30" MaxLines="1" Name="Level" ScrollExtent="152,18" ShadowStyle="/ShadowStyles.Outline1" Size="152,18" TextAlignment="Center" TextAlignmentVertical="Center" TruncateElipsis="false">999</Text>
and change it to

Code:
<Text AbsorbsInput="false" actiontype="Target" Color="#FFFF00" DynamicData="/GameData.ImpliedTarget.Level" Font="/Fonts.FontZapf15" LocalText="999" Location="26,0" MaximumSize="152,30" MaxLines="1" Name="Level" ScrollExtent="152,18" ShadowStyle="/ShadowStyles.Outline1" Size="152,18" TextAlignment="Center" TextAlignmentVertical="Center" TruncateElipsis="false">999</Text>

The only thing missing from this are timers on the effects icons for the target and implied. I'm looking for the perfect mod to match my tastes and I'm going to try this one.
