Hey there. Just switched over to the Unified version from the Live version. LOVE IT! Being able to make changes on the fly is wonderful! The only issue that I am having is with the browser. When I click any of the links to open a site....say from within the quest journal, the game crashes after about a minute or so. I load the site and start reading, and then BOOM! No warning and no errors. Just crashed to desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As always, thanks for any reply!

Settings button on experience bar

How do I get rid of the settings button on the experience bar? A lot of times I go for the housing button and hit that instead, and it's very annoying.

Right-click the experience bar and choose "Maximize" from the pop-up menu.

Experience Bar Help

First, great job on this UI. Second, I resized my experience bar and the two stat windows are now gone, it's just the normal experience bar. I still have access to the options window for the experience bar, but cant seem to make the stat windows reappear. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Stat bar values wonky

I've noticed this happening this week since the latest patch. For the record, I absolutely love this UI and have really enjoyed using it.

On my customized tithe experience bar I have all the stats I want to keep an eye on, and they are defaulting to strange numbers, and this is happening on multiple characters.

I believe that spell only appears in Spell Effects, not Maintained. Unfortunately there is no way to track spells from there.

Hey guys, sorry if this has already been answered, I tried to scan down the comments but didn't spot a solution.

I'm trying to have the deity buff "Trickster's Communion" display in the Maintained Spell Monitor, but I can't manage to get it working. This is a buff acquired by communing at the Bristlebane altar. Quotes

You need to use the XML escapes for quotes and the like. I.E. &Amp; for ampersand. Use the same substitution styles for single quotes, double quotes, etc. Look up XML escape characters. The parsing is not HTML, its similar, and both are based on SGML, but XML is not the same.

Quotes can't be used because the strings are being processed within enclosing quotes (required by the XML), so any extra quotation marks will break the enclosing quotes. You could try experimenting with substitution and concatenation. For example, in the macro command line put

In this command, bb will join the target name and the value of aa (that's a backtick, not an apostrophe). The ## sign concatenates without the extra space. Then on the groupsay line you can put

and you will get

The only problem with this is you have to press the button twice: once to "load" the mnemonic substitution for TNAME from the command macro, and a second time to display it. This is because the command macro comes after the other chat strings, so the variables aren't set until the second press. You will always get the previous value for TNAME, then the macro will load the new value. I could change the group window to run the macro before the tells, but it would mess up spell buttons for players who already have them set up the other way.
