How do we go back to the crafting window that's in the picture? It looks like the stock UI crafting window. Other than that great work thank you!

It'd say you could try downloading and renaming the original java installer, but I don't think the filename affects the outcome of the installation. I don't know enough about Java, and Kaldran is the one who setup the installer/updater for me.

Dokay, will make it a tad difficult to use different variants etc, but better than doing it manually lol

You would have to change the folder it checks in the options each time you opened it if you want it to handle multiple installs.

I don't know what happened but after restarting the computer a few times and deleting a few things and trying to set the directory a few more times it started working...So It fixed it self....So That's what I recommend if any one else has issues. O yea sorry about the images.. should of re-sized them down a before uploading.

Right click your shortcut and hit Run As Admin, right goto into Properties and look for the Run As Administrator checkbox.

I tried updating and it says I need to run program with admin rights, but I can't figure out how to do that, can you help,

Sounds like you are installing to the wrong directory. Check for another install location, such as ProgramData or somewhere else. There are multiple topics on these forums for finding your install location.

since the having to use the new launcher i seem to have lost my ui. i've tried running the updater and it says everything is being loaded right and i've checked the paths but i'm still stuck on the default ui and it doesn't even give me an option to choose anything else. i'm sure since i'm pretty crap at computers i'm either doing something wrong or not doing something at all but any pointers would be really nice or a place to re-check .

Make sure you run the updater with administrator rights (As Admin).

I'm downloading to a new computer. The error I am getting after clicking on Drums II updater icon is 'Java Web Start rcv failed".

I am running Comodo Firewall and Antivir on Windows 7.

Doing a little research... says Comodo is having an issue with this. So I tried exiting/turning off Comodo. No change.

I am seeing Drums in the correct directory and the ini is showing Drums as the UI on my computer

But I am not seeing the Drums UI in game. Using in game command /loadUI Drums is not listed.

Any ideas or suggestions.

OK sorry for all the wasted space. I fixed it by right clicking the icon on my desktop shortcut > properties > under shortcut tab - click advanced > click the box run as administrator. Click ok and run the updater icon. I also reset my setting again....but it seemed to fix after I fixed the admin check box. I never could get it to show the file path. It would not show the eq2.exe file in any options. Anyway hope this helps someone.
