Ok here is the reason I made these. Just like Jaxel I am a bit OCD'ish
which means in my UI everything just has to line up perfectly.
The game a has a marvelous feature called snap to grid, it can be enabled in the game options. The smallest grid size available is 5pixel
grids, and unfortunately no one that I know of has ever made a bag mod that will work properly with this, you see in order to perfectly
snap to grid of 5p square the bag's outer window dimensions must be in a size divisible by 5. Obviously Sony's default bag doesnt do
this
and their slots are 42x42 which is huge. I was quite excited long ago when people started reducing the size of the icons to make
the bags smaller, but they just still never lined up right. I have seen 32x32 bags and 28x28 as well as 24x24 but no one as of yet has
hit a divisible of 5 size bag so.... I had to learn how to do it myself. (which is actually quite fun don't know why i waited a year to learn
)
Anyway I studied everyone's (and I mean everyone's) code on bags and I have encorporated many different Ideas into mine, too many
to mention but still these are very simple and streamlined. The bags dynamically resize and use the stayput code that was developed
by many of the better authors. These bags have a title bar for grab to move and I made them in the new sony default UI color scheme LU16.
The Bags will always be a divisible of 5 format no matter how big the bag and with no wasted space between cells no frame or background
is needed. When placed next to each other ingame the title bar is the only distinction between bags they fit so well they appear seemless.
The cells are sized at 30x30p which puts them smaller than some mods and larger than other's (the smaller ones have probs with stack
numbers anyway) but still quite a site smaller than the default bags. Anyway in order to take full advantage of these bags you will need
to enable snap to grid in your game options menu. Goto UI/Game Windows and scroll down til you see snap windows to grid set it at 5
and enable and accept
no you have easily perfectly lined up bags that stay where u put them even after you log out
Enjoy
