Yes, that worked very nicely, Thank You very much!

As to my problem with the Quest Helper issue, I ended up using one of the UI settings ini files that came with the UI and that is how I got the Quest Helper back. Not sure why I couldnt get it back by alt+~ but oh well. LOL.

This should fix the problem with the new Guild window not showing up if unguilded (if you haven't fixed it already):

Open EQ2ui_mainhud.xml

add the following lines to your includes..

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildbrowser.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildrecruitingdetails.xml</include>

just above the

</Page>

Go to Options under User Interface and make sure the 3rd checkbox down is unchecked. This should say, "Keep Main HUD Windows Visible". Then do Alt + ~ See if that brings it back for you.

This is a 1-time thing, not something you have to do every time.

On the map issue.
- Did you install the eq2maps?
- Have you installed Microsoft's .Net Interface?

The default macro for displaying the quest helper is Alt + J
Try that and see if it helps.

I totally feel you here. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the game today because I not only lost the command center with all the nice/quick button features, but was unable to open any maps to include the default game maps. I am hesitant even though I do like the interface, but I am going to try installing the mod again.

I have noticed on mmy sons and my brother-in-law's systems, that when you move the command center the feature disappears and even readding the mod will not bring it back.

After I installed the UI I lost the quest helper. Nothing I click on seems to bring it back. Any ideas? Beside that I really like this interface.

I had an opportunity to find out today that this window doesn't work when unguilded as it should. I pressed U and no window comes up. I went to the default UI and it does work there. Can this be fixed please? Thanks!

Strange, no one else had reported this. The folder must have somehow not survived the last update. I am in the process of releasing another update, I will correct this issue in it. Thanks for letting me know. =]

I cannot find the pk_data folder and a system search came up blank for Completed.txt

was this folder removed and the instructions here forgotten about?
