This file replaces the Blue Dragon Knowledge Book eq2ui_mainhud_knowledge.xml file with a version that increases the speed of the Dragon's Blink rate, for those that wanted the faster blink back. To use this patch you must have the full version of this Mod installed. To Install over write your current Blue Dragon eq2ui_mainhud_knowledge.xml file with the one contained in this zip file.
