Numberpad goofieness

This is odd. My numberpad 5 key no longer recenters my view if I look up or down, yet if I use the mouse to look at myself from different angles it does recenter. Also, the 1 and 7 keys on the numberpad don't work either. I'm using the default ui and have reset the keymapping to default EQ2.
Any ideas?
