Lightbulb Default folder files location and discriptions

Ok I know this is a long file and I plan on making it look better in the future.

This is a list of the files in the Default folder and where they are <include>d from. I plan on adding discriptions for the individual files as I go but I'v got to start somewhere

Just a recommendation: Can you put your comments after each <include></include> statement in a different color, or perhaps just italics, so they stand out a bit better? =)

eq2ui_mainhud_skills.xml is no longer used for anything. The "L" key now brings up eq2ui_mainhud_achievements.xml, which contains both the archtype and class achievement trees.

eq2ui_popup.xml contains most windows that are not commonly used, can't be assigned hotkeys, and are typicaly displayed by interacting with another window or object in the world.

eq2ui_popup_claim.xml displayed when you type /claim. Lists promotional and subscription time rewards.

Templates are used to format rows within a list or menu. The name of each template generally describes what they apply to. Here are some of the less obvious ones

are not used either as far as I know.

Not sure, but I think script executer is a dev tool, but yah none of those are actually used in game.

Also eq2ui_mainhud_character.xml, though some mods do make use of it.

I don't recall ever seeing eq2ui_inventory_examine.xml used in game either.

eq2ui_inventory_html.xml is an unsupported in game browser. SOE has been tweaking it, but it still doesn't seam to be officially supported and has limited capabilities.

I used to use eq2ui_mainhud_character.xml but it has been completely disabled by SOE a while ago (unless they reactivated it).

Agreed, the inventory_examine seems to be unused as well.

The HTML browser is still quite nice, I used to use it to browse the forums when waiting for somebody. Also ACT can use it to display parse results/graphs. But that was before I got my second monitor.
I believe I remember SOE officially stated they were going to revamp the browser to support cookies, etc., but that was a while ago and ETA is probably 2010.
