Help! :O In Graphic Detail Please

I want to install the Tyjae Steel interface but im a real newb I dont even know where my eq 2 directory is let alone what folders and stuff i shoud put in it if u could post what to do in graphic detail yet simple enough for me too understand id be forever grateful
