UI can run 10 secs only

I downloaded the UI and load it use /loadui in game, the game will crush and back to windows within 10 secs everytimes, anyone can tell me how to solve it?

PS: The UI are success loaded already, but can do nothing only . . .

Did you read the link to the FAQ under the download button for every interface or the sticky thread in this forum? It should of brought you to a post that explained how to install an interface.

/loadui is broken.

jsut though i would add that incase he cant find it THIS is the post that he should read on how to properly install an interface.

hmm . . . I try to use /loadui coz I cant success start the UI while try this link

step by step before . . . .

And, I guess maybe I put the eq.ini file to a wrong location, e:\progra~1\sony\everquest 2\
(My everquest installed at e:\ coz my c:\ are quite full already

)

The eq.ini file like below :
cl_ui_skinname [the ui file saved folder name]
cl_ui_subdir UI/

But . . . same, the UI cant start automatically . . . .

Who can tell me what can I do??

I have the same problem i can't get any of my interfaces to load ... i've used both ways /loadui and the how to page on this forum double triple quadruple checked every thing and still nothing works... wtf?

edit: attachment thing says ini is invalid file type won't let me.

attach the eq2.ini file you are using.

My eq.ini attached below (I renamed to eq.doc before upload coz here cant upload *.ini file)

I saved the ini file in E:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II

Is it called eq.ini or eq2.ini? Cause eq.ini won't work...

Looks ok to me other than it should be EQ2.ini not EQ.ini

as Vikan Karo pointed out your problem was that it was called eq.ini instead of eq2.ini i attached a zip with the an eq2.ini with right filename/extension in it for you.
