When Window's disappear...help

I'm a lvl 10 bard and was fighting in Commons when for unknown reason I can't bring up tracking window. I hit my hot key and it cycles but nothing is showing up on screen? Any ideas? I'm sure i hit some weird combo of keys or something to make it go away but now i have no idea how to bring it back.

Any thoughts?
