Getting error trying to install framework

I dl'd the program tryed to run and got the error u mentioned so i DL'ed the Framework programe from your direct download link and when i tryed to run it i get the error its not a valid Win32 application

soo what do i do cause im on 56gay so to DL something as big as that i just do it when i go to bed was there a problem and file got currupted in trasnfer or?

any help is appreciated someone may have answered this problem previously please just link it

try getting it from windows update, that may work for you.
