Agro meters

Is there no way to make an agro meter that shows the name of the toon who is second on the list for agro?

We are not given that information, so not possible.

The only implementation I can think of is convoluted and would require a mix of a UI mod spamming a channel with info and a log parser making sense of it in real time. You'd need everyone of importance using this UI mod to get a clear list and who's to say what other issues would arise.
