Default Problems with UI

I have the file in the UI forlder with my mods. I have the .ini file with my corrcect command. (I know the /loadui command does not work.) Used the /loadui command to see if it registered. Got the default mod and the Insom mod. What do I use in place of the /loadui command or what do I do in place of it? There was only 1 readme file in all my mods and it just told me to create the folder and make the file.

Make sure it is a true ini file. I made that mistake myself first time.
Just open a new textdokument in the EQ folder, write or paste and edit your text:

cl_ui_skinname <your UI folder name>
cl_ui_subdir UI/

Do a "save as" with the "all files" option, not the txt option.
Name it eq2.ini, and check that the file icon is that with
the little cog-wheel, not the textdocument one.
Should work fine.
Good luck and have fun!
