XP bar interface

I just downloaded decimal_bothbars_zone_class_death_xpbar.zip to change my ingame xpbar, but it doesn't load.

I made the eq2.ini (and checked if I didn't accidently made eq2.ini.txt), saved in the main eq2 folder.
I even tried switching the two command lines in it, even that didn't work.
