Achievements Window

My Achievements window has gone black... i can see the skills from the first achievement tree but can't see the other tree, plus the numbers i the skills are gone, i can see whitch skills i have points in but not how many if i don't hold the mouse over the skill... can anyone help me... whitch UI file has the achievement window textures within it???
