Need Help for a Macro

Hello all :-) (first of all , sorry for my english )

i know i can do a Macro with more than one command and
I know i can show all commands with the /a <TAB> , /b <TAB>........

But how can i use that in an Macro then ?

I need a Macro with more than one command with simulate the doubble-Mousklick within (or the F-Key)
but al my tests doesent work :-(

is that possible, an can someone Help me please ?
