3D Targeting Rings.

I'm sorry if im posting this in the wrong spot or if it's already been answered and i missed it, but i have a question about teh 3D Targeting Rings.

i notice that there are no mods for them, and i would like to know if this is because it's unable to be modded or if it's just because no one is interested in changing them from the default?

because it's hard coded.

Yep - if it were possible, you'd see a LOT of mods, there is a lot of interest
