A couple problems, please help!!!

My first problem is that when i try to use tyejae's new UI, it seems to have saved where i placed my UI from before which i dont want, so is there some type of file i can delete to get rid of this?

My second problem is that with this, i dont have a target window for the UI, but i also didnt before or it was messed up or whatever. And is there a way i can make it so that the UI is set up like the ones in the pictures, so that i dont have to set t up?

I'm not sure if I'm being specific enough, so please ask questions. Thanks for the time.
