Pure White parts in UI pieces

I wasnt sure what to search for so im not sure if this was answered somewhere else or not.

I have a few mix and match UI pieces but some are completly white. the 2 im having problems with are Moads_Target and Mook_HotbarStyleknowledgebook, the bar on Moads Target is white and doesnt update with the %, in the hotbar one the background is pure white, is there a way to fix these? or am i doing something wrong?
