[Added] Takish Badlands Raid zone

[Fahd]

did a /show_map_style_name 1 and zoned into the raid zone

got the following

exp19_dun_takish_badlands_raid_01

loc on zone in was
-216.57 117.28 -463.04 255.72 0.00 0.00

Then zoned out to Badlands and got
exp19_rgn_takish_badlands_

loc after zoning out of raid_01
-206.89 116.56 -467.97 20.00 0.00 0.00

Just about the same place. zone features pretty much match Badlands

Can the RGN zone map be used in raid_01 zone?
