Increase zoom out distance

Is there a way to increase how far you can zoom out into 3rd person? Thanks

I thought there was a eq2.ini setting to increase it some?

Where is it in the game settings?

SOE recently added a slider to the options window that controls that ini setting. You can't get any more distance with the ini setting than with the slider.

sorry, I thought you meant more than the games maximum.

as for where to access it, I allways change it through the game, under options.

In-game... Game Options window (Alt+O). Forget which tab its under, prbly Interface.
