Target Window

Is there any way to change the size of target and implied target window? I play on a pvp server and seeing the other persons buffs are very important. Right now it only shows about 5 of the buffs and the others are cut off. Is there anyway to change the shape of the target window so it would be like my maintained buffs?

unless this is a new bug you should be able to resize the window to show all buffs (make sure it's not lock or set to clickthrough)

its not locked or click through enabled but when i try to resize it, nothing changes. I get the cursor change when you go to resize it, but it wont let me drag it any, is there anyway that i can change it so that instead of showing my effects on the side of my screen it shows my targets buffs? Here is a screenshot of what i mean, can i change the blackened effects window to show enemy buffs instead.

No you cannot, they are hardcoded to the target/implied target windows.

Your screenshot does not show the icons being cut off, but I'll take a look at that next time I get a chance. Note that you need to have a target select to be able to resize the window (alternatively press alt-t until the window comes up).
