Target con color / moving windows

I've just done my first few mods and I'm having some problems. I was hoping that someone could take a look at them and tell me why they're not working. If this isn't appropriate to this forum, I apologize.

1. Player window - no matter what I do, the only part of this window that allows dragging in game is the mana bar. I want to be able to move by clicking the player name, and I've set the absorbsInput to true, but it doesn't work.

2. Target window - also something that seems like it should be working, the target name is not changing to the con of the target. I've set the filter to all and the actiontype to target. What else should I need?

I've attached both .xml files in case someone wants to crack em open.

Player window: Set AbsorbsInput to FALSE on everything except for the window itself.

Target window: Not quite sure on this one... Try the following: Remove the "action" property from NameExtended. Rename "NameExtended" to just "Name". Remove DynamicData="/GameData.Target" from the v0 page.
