Sounds like the x,y position info for that window may have gotten messed up.
You can reset the positions of all the windows by deleting the UI ini file for your character. I'm at work right now and cant double check the name of the file but it should be something like UI_Yourname.ini in your Everquest II directory. Rename the file for a backup or delete it.
Once you login to EQ2 your interface should be back to how it was when you first started.
