There are no entries for DarqUI in the eq2ui_custom.xml file -- most likely when you updated ProfitUI you overwrote the files. You can point the DarqUI updater to your custom UI folder and re-download the files, but you'll also need to manage your ignore settings so they don't keep getting overwritten.
