fixing it would be altering the posistion of the individual pieces in the uibuilder, to reset their location, because many of the pieces are sorta basing their locaion on a parent unit, and i figuring that the window itselt, that is the viewable area between the black letterbox lines, might be the parent unit for some of the components..
thats atleast what i think.
to reset it, i would probably delete the:
eq2.ini,
eq2_default.ini,
eq2_recent.ini,
server_character_uisettings.ini
try deleting these files in the order i wrote them.
not sure it will work though.
but it should reset your ui stuff completely
