you need to have all your new XML files in the same directory, then just map to the one directory.
This is rather easy if your mods always modify unique files..your troubles will start if two mods change the same XML file.. in that case, you need to integrate the two into one.
In other words:
Put all files in the same folder, then run that ONE interface.
