that's not neon lights, that are laser beams infused with the fire of Lavastorm and the Ice of Everfrost. Well, I've seen other maps here that dont use the template or a similar withered away parchment like texture.
I think it's just wrong to have everything on parchment anyway, you know EQ has even instances on a spaceship, tinkerers, technology. It's not like we're playing Lotro and are bound by conservative rules like that game.
