So I worked on this before I heard word of a Default_blue being released along side the new "Red" default UI color scheme.
However, I disliked the "new" blue that is being supplied. It's not quite like the old one.

If you're like me and don't like the new Red color scheme, but kinda dig the upgraded graphics/rounded edges, then you're in luck.
I edited the new files using the colors of the old Blue UI. The outcome contains a mix of the new icons with the old icons (without the color red), the old coin icons, and all of the new tabs/rounded edges/titlebars but in the old blue color.

If you use a mix of UI pieces, but had no modifications to graphics files, just plop these 7 images in your customUI/images/ folder and you'll be good to go.
