Stuff like this should be a separate window, but yes, I don't have any plans of modifying the clock, so should be safe.
If there is real interest in this I can see if I still have my old files and properly integrate this with the UI. Actually that would be the fifth place your health is displayed - at least in a raid (XP window, players window, group window, raid window and HUD).
Goes in the same category as Faetyl's fish breath meter I think.
