bah sorry, had images disabled in my browser and didn't see you had screenshots linked in your post and did not understand either that you were referring to them.
Looking at your screenshots everything looks fine actually. I am just wondering whether you do not need to copy eq2ui.xml from your Default folder to your myUI folder (can't test this right now).
If it is not that: I see an EQ2 folder within your Everquest 2\ folder in your screenshot. Maybe you are mistakenly starting the game from there?
