Error on x64
 

Hi, I trying to run this program on WinXP Pro x64 and get the following error message every time.

Error Reading EQ2.ini File
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'd:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\eq2.ini' is denied.

The pc in question is occassionally attached to a network using the Company Firewall Policy but when used for EQ2 is connected directly to an ADSL line. I use this pc during my lunch breaks and I'm not available in the evenings over here in the UK so I will not be able to respond quickly to any messages.

sounds like you have a eq2.ini file that has the incorrect permissions set. Check to make sure that all users can read and write to the eq2.ini file.
