conceration is stuck
 

ok using phonix skin i believe,, few days ago casted foreboding on group member logged off then logged on 2 days later the cast cost is still there it takes 2 slots of conceration,, i am not able to canceal that buff spell what to do ORXO ..

Switch back to the default UI temporarily (move eq2.ini out of eq2 folder) - does it still show 2conc used?

If so, this is an EQ2 bug, and you'll have to use /bug or /petition to see if it can be cleared somehow.

Try cancelling it using the concentration bubbles on the Player window, if you haven't already.
