where and how to begin with XML
 

Hello All,

I hope I'm asking in the right spot but here goes. I have read that the interface is coded in XML. I am interested in doing some coding but I don't know where and how to begin. Is there anything that I can look at and get an idea of what I'm getting myself into? Is there a certain file I should disect in my EQ2 folder to get a grasp on what is going on? I currently do a lot of xhtml/php coding but have always had a passion to do other types. If anyone has a suggestion on where to start that would be very helpful. Thank you.

well, i would start by looking at what others have done. take a look at the stock player window verses this one. There's no tutorial file or anything to look at, but i find you can learn alot just by looking at the stuff in the default folder and seeing how it pans out in game. If you've got a specific question about something, feel free to ask.
