Show command

There's got to be a way to load a window, say inventory, via the console. My purpose is to create buttons for my hot bar that open up my inventory but for the life of me I can't find the exact command to do this and I've tried a few different things.

The /show command works, or at least doesn't give me an 'unknown command' error.

I've tried /show window eq2ui_inventory_inventory and a couple similar ones. I could have sworn I saw a post about this command a while back but can't remember where.

-edit-

well, I couldn't find the command from the forum search function but after I posted this message there was a list of links at the bottom that took me exactly where I needed to go.

Awesome.

that command brings up a blank inventory window,

/show_window Inventory.Inventory brings up my active inventory window.

...and Wow, that was a damn fast response. Thank you Depechnode

np, and yea I forgot the actual window has to be capitalized
/show_window Inventory.Inventory

Out of curiosity, what is it that you are trying to accomplish by using a hotbar button to open your inventory, when the I key by default opens it...?

It's called testing to make sure you're doing it right (as opposed to there being something wrong with the window you're REALLY trying to open).

Either that or change the actual mapping for the inventory (and/or other windows) so that if you mess up tying you dont end up with 234 open windows and hope like a mad man all ove the place.

Nya!

*sigh* everyone to thing I was being mean or something. I just wanted to know if he had something cool in mind and needed a button to do something else as well as open inventory, or if it was just as simple as verifying that the command was being done properly.

Maybe my original post was not clear enough on that, I guess it could be taken the wrong way.

Oops, I meant "It's for" instead of "It's called". I didn't think you were being mean and I apologize if it came out sounding that way.
