Cannot get concentration bubbles to work
 

I cannot get the concentration bubbles to work in this player window. The Bubble never fills in but if you mouse over it it will tell you what spell/skill is taking that bubble so it does work somewhat it would just be really nice if the bubble filled in like it is suppose to. Can anyone please give me a hand with this, I really would be grateful.
